- The measurement range is from Ø 100 x 80 mm . With accuracy from +/- 3 µm depending on the model chosen and repeatability is upto +/- 1 µm.
- We have multiple other models with the same specifications that have moving stages with a measurement range of up to 400×300mm.
- Bigger Range Models use a dual-field system: the same machine has separate wide-field and small-field inspection regions.
