It can be used for testing and evaluation, or cleaning a 12″ telescope mirror. This includes the secondary mirror. If you are cleaning a SCT Corrector plate, the best kit choice is either our Red First Contact Regular All-Inclusive kit or our Red First Contact Deluxe All-Inclusive kit. This all-inclusive combo kit contains primarily SPRAY formula polymer. Corrector plates are better suited for NON-SPRAY polymer for precise use.

This kit contains sufficient SPRAY polymer to cover up to 160 square inches. It also contains NON-SPRAY polymer to cover up to 60 square inches, and required application and removal accessories. Therefore, it is perfect for any first contact in your astronomy journey.
